- Sesame Oil
- Salt
- Chopped Siew Bak Choy
Boil Siew Bak Choy in water until cooked but still crunchy. Add salt for taste.
Fry garlic, oyster sauce, and sesame oil in pan, stirring thoroughly and pour over boiled Siew Bak Choy.

- Kantong Lemon Chicken Sauce
Mix well, marinate chicken strips, batter in cornflour, deep fry in oil, drain well, then re-fry, adding lemon chicken sauce and frying till hot

Ingredients
- 2 tsp Garlic
- 4 tsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cummin
- 1 tsp Ground Coriander
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Ground Black Pepper
Mix well, marinate kangaroo fillet, heat pan, add olive oil, grill fillet until medium-rare.

- 2 tbsp Nandos Perinnaise (Mayonnaise with Peri-peri)
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 2-3 tbsp Nandos Hot Peri-peri Marinade
- 1 dash of Salt
- 1 dash of Black Pepper
Mix ingredients well, marinate diced chicken, heat a dash of oil in pan, fry garlic, add chicken and stir-fry.
